First, depending on the case, the tooth is lightly prepared by removing a small amount of enamel. Next, a precise impression is taken to fabricate the customized veneer in the laboratory. A temporary veneer can be placed on the prepared tooth until the permanent veneer is ready. When the permanent veneer is ready, it is attached to the prepared tooth using adhesive dental cements.
Technical
La procédure nécessite généralement 2 rendez-vous, avec chaque séance d'une durée approximative de une heure.
Au cours de la première séance, une légère préparation de l'émail dentaire sera réalisée, suivie de la prise d'empreintes en vue de la fabrication sur mesure d'une facette dentaire au laboratoire dentaire.
Lors de la deuxième séance, la facette sera minutieusement essayée, avec une vérification attentive de son ajustement. La facette sera solidement fixée de manière permanente à l'aide d'un matériau adhésif spécial. Enfin, des ajustements finaux et un polissage seront effectués pour obtenir un résultat d'une grande naturalité.
